Yes, your order will be delivered for free within the Netherlands. For deliveries to Belgium we charge 2.95 euros in shipping costs.

We send your package with DHL.

You click faster than the delivery company could process! Your Track & Trace code is available from the next day.

Yes! You can pay with us with Klarna Afterpay. With this you only have to pay after you have received the item (within 14 days)!

We will refund you immediately after we have processed your return. We have processed most returns within 5 working days after they have been sent back. How quickly the money will then be in your account depends on your payment method:

  • iDEAL or pay afterwards with Klarna: within 3 working days
  • Credit card: within 5 working days

In 3 easy steps:                 

1. Put an item in your shopping cart and go to order.

2. Check your order and fill in your contact details. This includes the address, delivery date, contact details and name.

3. Complete by paying. This is possible with one of all the payment methods offered.

Is your order in your account? Then it worked.

If you ordered more than 1 hour ago and you have not received a confirmation and there is nothing in your account, please contact us. And don't worry: if money has been debited, we will automatically refund you.

No. To protect your data, an order can no longer be changed. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it.

We are happy to solve that for you! You can share a complaint about one of our products or services with us by sending an email to info@toys-hub.nl. We will always respond to all messages as quickly as possible. 

Return conditions:

For Toys Hub articles there is always a return period of 14 days after receipt. After this, the item must be received by us within 14 days after pre-notification of the return. The return period starts on the day you receive the item.  

The item is in good condition without signs of wear and is in the original packaging.

NB! Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned if the seal is broken:

  • All sex toys including vibrators and dildos
  • Condoms, tablets, lubricants, massage agents and creams

 

The above items can only be returned if the item appears to be defective. We request that you notify Toys Hub of a defect as soon as possible after discovery.

We can answer that briefly and forcefully: no! Returns are always free with us.

You can send an email to info@toys-hub.nl with the subject 'Return order number' and state why you want to return the item. We'll take care of the rest for you!

Naturally! We guarantee that you buy an item from Toys Hub that is in good condition and will continue to work fine under normal use. A warranty period of 1 year applies to all articles! As long as you do not use a Toy as a stool, it will of course continue to fall within the legal warranty. If an inconvenience arises within 1 year, you can contact us and we will solve it together with you. In most cases this will be a repair of the product and in some cases you will receive a completely new item. This is all determined in consultation!

Your invoice or proof of purchase is also your proof of warranty. So keep it in your email!

We will repair your item free of charge within the warranty conditions and warranty period. Even outside the warranty conditions, we will not leave you out in the cold. We repair your item for a fee, but first provide an estimate of the costs. This way you can decide whether you want to have the item repaired or not. We like to think along with you!
