Returns & Refunds

Return conditions:

For Toys Hub articles there is always a return period of 14 days after receipt. After this, the article must be received by us within 14 days after prior notification of the return shipment. The return period starts on the day you receive the article.

The item is in good condition without signs of use and is in the original packaging.

Please note! The following items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if the seal is broken:

• All sex toys including vibrators and dildos
• Condoms, tablets, lubricants, massage products and creams

The above mentioned items can only be returned if the item is found to be defective. We request that you report a defect to Toys Hub as soon as possible after discovery.

We can answer that briefly and forcefully: no! Returns are always free with us.

You can send an email to info@toys-hub.nl with the subject 'Return order number' and indicate why you want to return the item. We will take care of the rest for you!
