Return Policy
Return conditions:
For Toys Hub articles there is always a return period of 14 days after receipt. After this, the item must be received by us within 14 days after pre-notification of the return. The return period starts on the day you receive the item. Â
The item is in good condition without signs of wear and is in the original packaging.
NB! Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned if the seal is broken:
- All sex toys including vibrators and dildos
- Condoms, tablets, lubricants, massage agents and creams

The above items can only be returned if the item appears to be defective. We request that you notify Toys Hub of a defect as soon as possible after discovery.
We can answer that briefly and forcefully: no! Returns are always free with us.
